What does "fluff deletion" mean?
Have you ever watched a video that just drones on endlessly? Or maybe you’re filming and in the moment you repeat yourself to make a point, except you later find out in the edit that it just makes the video unnecessarily long. Well, if you’re working with young editors, it’s hard to explain that concept. But, when you work with veterans they just seem to “get” it. That’s what we offer, we’re not beginners, we’re veterans. Most of us are even YouTubers ourselves. We know what works, and what most people will just consider “fluff”. Let us delete it for you so that you can keep your audience retention high.
What does "Silence cuts & color" mean?
Silence cuts: Whenever you have someone speaking on camera they tend to take a breath between sentences or just pause to think of something. Our AI software looks for those gaps of silences that are longer than 0.3 seconds, and automatically cuts them. This is why we don’t offer feedback, as we don’t do this manually. Our AI picks up anything that is under a certain treshold of db and cuts that.
Color: We will do a basic color correction (not full color grading) to ensure a natural look, our AI software shines here and mostly looks at things like exposure, curves, saturation, hue, … . The goal here is to achieve the most natural and clear looking look that works well on mobile and desktop.
When do the 3 days start?
The 3 days start as soon as all payments are cleared and all files are received. If there is something wrong with your files this can delay the starting process. If something is wrong we usually reach out within 24 hours!
Is there a limit on uploaded files?
Yes, for our full video editing package we put a limit at 7 minutes per video and for our basic package (silence cuts) the limit is at 60 minutes. All packages include only 1 camera angle. Longer videos are possible. If you have a longer video, you’ll have to buy an extra package. Be aware that this is only 1 video. Having multiple videos in one timeline is something we don’t allow as this will delay the process and make things more complicated, which is outside of the scope of these packages.
Do you work with 4k?
Yes we do. You can select 4k as an add-on when checking out.
Are your editors in-house or freelance?
We work with in-house editors, located within 30 minutes drive from our main offices. Since 2020, we’ve encouraged remote editors to join in as well. However, due to most of our corporate clients we only recruit native English, Dutch, French, and German editors. Those are most of the languages we edit in, and we require native people for all those projects to ensure the highest quality.
What are your working hours?
We have 2 teams working from 9 am – 5 pm London time and New York City time. Our support staff works 24/7 and answers tickets within 12-24 hours.

How many videos can I get edited per month?
As many as you want. Once we hit capacity we’ll let everyone know beforehand, and prioritize existing clients. A great reason to start early with this deal. However, to give you exact numbers. With our current technology, our capacity is 1200 videos/month. This keeps growing every quarter as we introduce new innovations.
Can you guarantee quality?
Yes, communication with you is our #1 priority. Outside of the fact that we’ve won 2 awards with this team, and are proud to deliver the best of the best. We also only recruit people who have been working in the industry for many years. We’re not a startup, we’ve been working like this for almost a decade now. Our workflow is optimized for large corporates who have a dozen people in their marketing team giving us feedback. This means we’ve stress-tested our entire workflow multiple times. We communicate clearly and ensure that there is a quality check of the briefing before starting the project, and a quality check after export by one of our creative directors.

In case you’re interested in outsourcing other types of work, we’d be happy to help you out. You can find our portfolio on the main page. Most people choose us for our diversity in languages. Our bread and butter lies in taking any type of video project and scaling it to 50+ languages, including subtitles and voiceover.
However, considering we currently have a waiting list (not a tactic, but actually the case), we decided to keep our minimum price for custom projects 5k+. If your project is lower, then we won’t be able to help you.

How long does it take if I order multiple videos?
Unless you order express delivery, we edit one video at a time with a 72-hour deadline. Shorter videos tend to go faster than longer ones.
